<p>I'm currently a freshman at Illinois State University. I will have a 4.0 this semester, plus tons of extracurriculars. I'm majoring in International Business and German. I wan't to transfer to UIUC Business after my freshman year. What are my chances? HS Stats: 3.0 GPA, 25 ACT (why I didn't get in in the first place).</p>
