Transferring to California State University - Fullerton/Northridge

Hello guys,

I recently arrived in Bloomington and stayed couple days before my orientation starts. To be honest, I feel like I’m isolated in my surroundings and feeling uncomfortable even though I tried my best to get in touch with newcomers and seniors. Especially due to peer pressure, I’m worrying to death of my ability to be able to face general classes in order to enroll in Kelley School.

So, I planned to take 1 semester here and transfer out to Fullerton/Northridge. If you guys have thoughts about sharing what classes in first semester that are transferrable, please help me by giving your opinion here.

Huh? So you’ve decided to transfer out of IU before you’ve even attended a class?

You can’t expect to get comfortable in a largely empty campus over the summer. IU is a MUCH different place after welcome week when the 40k+ students and faculty are all back. This is true of every school.

Calm down already and give the place (and yourself) a chance.

You could probably save yourself about 20,000 dollars if you dropped out of IUB now and went home and took community college classes.
