Transferring to civil engineering department?

<p>Hello All,</p>

<p>I was just wondering if anyone here is trying to transfer into the civil engineering department. Also I applied to the UW in February and still haven't received a letter. Could this be due to the fact that UW is waiting for the CEE department to make a decision?</p>

<p>I will be transferring from a community college into the department as a Junior.</p>
