Is there any way at all to transfer into an Ivy and be with the freshman class? I'm willing to do almost anything to do that (even skip my second semester of college). Anyone konw?

From the H website:
“Once a student has completed one year of full-time study at a single college or university, he or she ordinarily may apply only as a transfer student to Harvard College.”

Other colleges I’ve looked at use similar wording, so it looks like if you dropped out before completing next semester you’d qualify as a freshman. One hitch though, wasn’t this year’s application deadlilne for freshman Jan 1 for all of your schools? So you wouldn’t be able to apply until next year and enter in the fall of '09.

Which Ivy do you want to transfer to?
Where do you attend now?
Which Ivies accept freshman transfers? Many schools don’t.

And, the flip side of entomom’s comment, most schools will only consider you as a “first time” freshman if you have never matriculated at a college. Some schools differ, but you will have to look at the policies of each school you want to consider. Not sure if you are aiming for “first time” freshman status or want to transfer as a second-semester freshman. Either way, your choices will be limited by the policies of each school.
