<p>I'm currently a freshman business major at Florida State and my current goal is to transfer to Georgia Tech into what would be my junior year. I'd modestly consider myself a better student than most. I was just wondering how hard is it in terms of transferring to GA Tech? It's something I really plan on working hard for the next two years, just thought I'd gauge some opinions. Thanks!</p>
<p>It just depends on your GPA and what courses you’ve taken. If you do meet the requirements you stand a good chance. If you don’t have the minimum GPA (overall GPA and calc and higher math / hard science GPA must meet minimum) and prerequisite course requirements you will not be considered for admission at all, regardless of other qualifications. </p>
<p>Note: course requirements and GPA vary by major, but Calc 1-2, English 1-2, and a couple of hard science (chem, phys, etc) courses are a requirement for all of them.</p>
