I'm a freshmen at the University of Colorado and I'm planning on transferring after my sophomore year. Georgetown is my dream school, but I adore Barnard as well. Below are my stats, please tell me exactly what I need to get in.

College:

-3.7 gpa (but I plan on raising it)
-Econ major with minors in French and Russian
-Crew team
-Conference on World Affairs Committee
-and possibly a Critical Language Scholar (I'll know in March)

High school (it gets rough):

-3.8 gpa
-1720 SAT (absolutely dreadful! I know)
-Class president
-Varsity cheerleader, state champ
-Varsity tennis
-Student leadership council
-Volunteer at my local hospital
-Student cabinet chair
-JDRF volunteer
-and a ton of other extra cir., but those are the main ones.

Is there anyway I can still get in with my high school transcripts and SAT scores or should I aim lower? If I couldn't get into Georgetown would I have a shot at GW?
