I know someone already posted something about transferring, but I have a few questions.
I'm going to be a freshman, and I was choosing between GTech and Michigan.
Chose Michigan; was a mistake because of the price; would've rather gone to GTech.

Does GTech offer financial aid/scholarships/grants to transferring students?
And how hard is it to get in?
Do you have to live on campus if you transfer over?
I will be an Engineering major; I understand that the lowest GPA I can get is a 3.5, I will strive for a 3.7 which will be hard..
On the resume, do I include my high school credentials?
Do I send my high school transcript as well? (because I heard transferring still requires an SAT score)

Official georgia tech admissions staff can answer you here:

My opinion on how hard it is to transfer is that as long as you meet the requirements laid out here, then you have a very strong chance of getting in. The highest cause of rejections is because many of the students who apply for transfer simply did not meet the requirements. So get a 3.5+, take all the classes required for your major, apply before the deadline, and submit documents on time. No resume, HS transcript, or essay is required; they soley judge upon your GPA and classes you took.
