Transferring to Harvard

Hello?
I’m from Mongolia and I’m thinking about transferring to Harvard.
I’m a freshman in university atm.
Unweighted GPA - 3.96
Weighted GPA - 4.22
Rank - 2/24 (I was in private school)
I haven’t taken TOEFL yet but I think it will be around:
TOEFL - min:75 max:100 (I’m not really good at taking test )

College Classes - 5 (Academic Writing, International Relations and Globalization, Psychology, Math I, Academic English)
And I’m about to choose my next semester’s classes next week
1st semester GPA : Weighted - 3.5
Unweighted - 3.7 ( I got B- T.T )

Awards - ( Geography - 2nd (Sectional) 6th (Regional), Physics(Team) - 3rd(Regional), English - 3rd(Regional))

Internship - Goodali Magazine (Journalist)

Do charities with my parents. The charity is to help young students in rural place to study in better “environment”. Also volunteered to teach English there for 2 weeks.
Participated “Kimse Yok Mu?” humanity work for 3 years.

Recommendations from my high school and university and the “magazine”
Can speak, read, write and understand Turkish and French (excluding English and Mongolian)

P.S: Do I have to take SAT?

I think you need to have a compelling reason. And, of course, your college record needs to unquestionably show Harvard-level success. You will also need to have some strong faculty recommendations. Very strong.

You will need SAT or ACT (with Writing), in addition to the "standard’ supporting credentials.

The transfer acceptance rate for Harvard is 1%. You can decide for yourself what you think your chances are.
