transferring to Michigan state. Have a lot of questions.

I’m A SO at mid-Michigan community. I did not do the best in high school and got a 20 on the ACT, I know Michigan state will not look at any high school records if you have 28 credits that transfer to MSU. I have 20 right now and taking 11 this semester, and taking 7 in the summer which I will have a total of 38 credits that transfers in. I really want to start in the fall of 2017, I’m planning on going for Finance. Just want to know just I apply now with the 20 credits, or maybe apply after this semester with my 31? I also have a 3.3 overall right now shooting to get it up to a 3.4 after this semester.

Apply NOW. lol.
But seriously, apply now, and update your academic record later with those winter semester grades. They usually don’t send out decisions until mid-April for most people. May at the latest for first time decisions. Since alot of people are doing the same thing,(as am i) they’ll be reviewing alot of transfer applications for the second time as people add on their spring/winter semester grades

I plan on taking CSE 101 and MTH 124 over the summer. Do you think there’s a good chance to get accepted for fall 2017?
