Transferring to MIT

What are some schools MIT likes to take transfers from?

I only know a couple of transfers–one was from Wellesley and she had taken classes at MIT while a student at Wellesley. You might have trouble pulling that off.

The other was an undergrad at Cornell.

I don’t know how many transfers they take every year. You should check that out.

Where do I “check it out”?

It’s hard to generalize about transfer admissions because so few get accepted. I know transfer students from community colleges, so you do not need to worry about your college holding you back from transferring.
