Transferring to Pitt and Temple

<p>Hello all,</p>

<p>Im currently enrolled at a community college in Pennsylvania and completed one semester and recieved a gpa of 3.35. Two A's, two B+'s, and a C. However, the C was in a rediculous computer class. By the end of this spring semester i will have completed 31 credits total. 15 in the fall and 16 in the spring. I applied to pitt and Temple just a little bit ago for the fall of 2012 and i want to know what my chances are of getting in. i also did a reccomendation for Pitt. My high scool gpa was a 3.4 and i was in a few honors classes and involved with sports and what not. So i just wanna know what my chances are of getting in. I applied to both of them dor general admissions.</p>

<p>You need to go ask the Transfer Counselor at your CC about this. That person is the one who has the greatest amount of expertise.</p>

<p>Our local CC has a direct transfer agreement with Temple with I believe a 3.3 GPA. I believe if a student has 3.3 then it is automatic and a small scholarship. Check the website for your CC.</p>

<p>Temple seems likely, Pitt seems just this side of unlikely. But apply and find out.</p>
