<p>Hello all, I am looking into transferring to Pomona College (Biology major) from Pasadena City College. I plan on attending medical school.</p>
<p>My GPA is at a low end: 3.4</p>
<p>I have some extracurriculars: Member of Caduceus Club and Chem Club, Chem SI Leader, research volunteer at a hospital, and have my name on a publication.</p>
<p>I am a hispanic female, URM, financially disadvantaged.</p>
<p>Am working two jobs.</p>
<p>My SAT scores aren't in the 2000's. I've only taken it once in HS. Is it pointless to retake it considering I am already in college and the SAT is a standardized test to discern ones readiness for college?</p>
<p>Would I be wasting my money on the application fee by applying with these stats?</p>
