Transferring to private university from community college

I have around 40 units completed and a GPA of 3.1 :(
I applied to schools that i thought had a good transfer rate, but was not sure.
And apparently my counselors at my community college doesn't know jack ***** about
transferring to a private school so i couldn't find the right information.

All i did was, try to find the best transfer rate for private schools. (that has a higher rate accepting transfer students, than first year applicants). And those were..

Syracuse University
Vanderbilt University
College of William and Mary
Loyola Marymount Univ.
Chapman Univ.
rensselaer polytechnic institute (haven't applied yet)
Fordham University (haven't applied yet)

I also applied to Pepperdine University, but only because i was accepted to it before in 09 during high school and thought it would be easy, but i was stupid and just applied without knowing their transfer rate.. obviously.. i got rejected a week ago and found out their transfer rate is really low.

My question is,
-Does the schools i listed have a high transfer rate?
-And with my gpa, would it even be possible....
-Are any of those schools REALLY easy to get into?
-Should i even apply to Rensselaer or Forham?

im so scared because i already applied to all of them lol..
would really appreciate it for some feedbacks..
thanks!

If you are female, I would suggest Smith. They specifically save slots to encourage transfer applications.
