Transferring to SLC from a CC

I have read on a thread somewhere that it is difficult to transfer to SLC (I'm hoping this is untrue).

I transferred from a State U to a CC due to financial circumstaces. I'm a 1st generation Asian immigrant and can speak 4 languages fluently and am intermediate level in another.

My GPA from my previous university was about 3.85 on a 4.0 scale, 3.98 on a 4.33 scale.

In high school, I had a 3.7 (uw) with many honors/AP courses, top 10% of graduating class. I also competed in state science competitions and made it to nationals once. Not very much volunteer work because I didn't really have a method of transportation. I have worked in art settings (once in an art museum for 6 weeks and another for a well known artist), and as a mentor in workshops.

I'm planning on joining Phi Theta Kappa in my local CC and getting an associate's so hopefully that will leverage me in admissions.

Also, I did the net price calculator on SLC's website and one of my assumed aid was a Presidential Scholarship. I thought SLC did not provide any scholarships?

What are my chances?
