<p>Hello I am applying as a transfer for Spring 2015 to Texas State. After a few days I checked on my application it said complete ready for review and when I saw it earlier today it said: </p>

Decision: Evaluation Complete </p>
<p>So my question is does anyone know what this means decision: evaluation complete?</p>
