Hi I am super worried there was a problem with my cal state app so now I have no backups. What are my chances of getting into any of these??? I know UCLA is a long shot and I have a better chance of getting into UCSB. I currently attend SMC

Back story.
I dropped out of college my first few semesters because my mother is illegal and i had to help support my family a lot. I have two jobs and work full time. I have had internships at major record companies. volunteer with ESL kids. There is an upward trend for my GPA. Now that we have adjusted my mother status i have been able to focus more on school and my transcript reflects that.
In high school I was a varsity swimmer, was on speech and debate teams and the robotics team. and was recognized in a national merit program for my SATs scoring in the top 3% of African Americans for the whole country. I am super worried, I have looked at these boards and can’t find a single story similar to mine for any frame of reference.
I am hoping my personal story along with my extracurriculars and upwards trend in.my gpa will help.
