okay so in order to have enough credits (30) to transfer to UGA I will be taking Calc and a communications class this summer! I just finished up my freshman year at a community college in NY I got a 3.42 gpa first semester but found out 2 of my classes dont transfer over so without those 2 classes my gpa is a 3.67 and my spring gpa was a 3.58

so lets say all together after I take my summer classes I'll have anywhere from a 3.4-3.5 with exactly 30 credits. what are my chances of being accepted into UGA? and what about FSU?

According to the common data set, if there’s room, you should be admitted to UGA “A transfer GPA of 3.2 is required of all sophomores (30-59 hrs) and 2.8 required with 60 hrs or more. These students are admitted based on space availability.” Don’t know about FSU but they have one of the highest number of transfer-in undergraduates [Do It Yourself College Rankings - Get the information you need to find the best college for you](http://diycollegerankings.com/2012/06/19/should-i-start-then-transfer-community-college/)

I don’t know about FSU but UGA transfer is generally a guarantee as long as you’ve hit 3.2 & 30 units. You shouldn’t have a problem getting accepted!
