So I want to know my chance of transferring to UGA.

Moved from Europe (military kid) and went to Northern Arizona University freshman year. Long story short is that I had a major culture shock (despite me thinking otherwise) and ended up with a gpa of 1.07. Moved to Florida with my father working two jobs as service associate and child daycare assistant and going to school online at Colorado Technical University (picked a random major international business). My father went there as well and hyped me up to believe I could raise my gpa easily and transfer to the college of my choice in a years time. I've only taken two classes here so far and doing well. I found a really cool program that would be amazing to get into. And its to get a certificate in the music business program at the UGA Terry College of Business. I did my research and if I got in I could get this certificate and work towards my masters in marketing which would benefit me in the music industry. The problem is....how bad I messed up at NAU. And since research that colorado is a quarter credit and only like 5 classes count there I don't what to do. Should I transfer to the community college in my town or stick with it since I'm using my mothers G.I. Bill as well? I've taken 33 credits at nau with a 1.07 gpa. and I haven't figured out how many credits Ill have at CTU because its a quarterly semester but I want to try to apply to transfer for next fall. If anyone has ANY advice it would be great.
I know they only accept transfers with a 3.4 but I know I can get it up but I want to figure out the right path to do it.
