Transferring to University of Illinois Requirements.

I'm planning on applying as a junior to UIUC. I looked through the requirements, and though I want to transfer as a Physics major, I won't be done with the physics series until summer. I should be done with the main Mathematics requirements by next quarter though, so should I just transfer as a Math major?

Regarding math, it says that I need to take CS 101: Intro to Computing: Engr & Science
or CS 125: Intro to Computer Science. My current school doesn't have U.Select, so I have no idea what will transfer. Do you think an intro C++ class counts? If not, I'll just take Intro to CIS.

Also does anyone know if I have to have finished a 2nd English course for the general requirements? Because I'm planning on taking it this Spring. I'm afraid that might be too late though. If it is, should I just transfer in the winter?

And while I'm at it, do you think I have a good chance with a 3.5 GPA? I have pretty strong extracurricular if that matters any. And I should have over 100 units by the time I transfer.

How about Umich Ann Arbor? What are my chances?

Thanks alot!!!

Scratch that. I have maximum units at my college, but there’s a college nearby that I could take classes that. I don’t know which to take though. CIS 50 sounds like the closest?
