Hello I'm currently attending UT Austin and I am undeclared major. I recently decided that I wanted to go into electrical engineering and I already applied and am currently waiting for a response by the end of the semester. The way they take internal transfers is by strictly looking at their technical credits and GPA (objective decisions). With that being said, my current GPA is around 3.5 and I have pretty much completed physics 1 and 2 as well as my math courses up to calc 3. So I have all the necessary reqs done along with a few more. My question is what are the chances of them accepting me? Does applying for the spring semester have a factor in this? Is there anyone that went to UT and is knowledgeable in this? I'd like as much info as possible!! Thank you.
