I'm currently a second semester freshmen at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester.

My first semester, I had a 3.7 GPA (the average GPA at my college is 3.23)
This semester, it is pretty much the same GPA

I am looking to transfer to Vassar because they have a better curriculum (the lack of extensive distribution requirements prevents classes from being dull due to a lack of participation) and because my school does not offer many different French, history, and theatre courses.

In high school, I was in the top 10% of my class and my GPA was 4.2 (my school didn't even show us the unweighted GPA). I took all honors and AP classes and was heavily involved in theatre, model UN, gay-straight alliance, and multicultural club. I volunteered at a doctor's office. I was also awarded the Alumni Theatre Award and inducted into the Cum Laude association (private school equivalent of the honors society)

In college, I was the only freshman female in the only fall department show. I was involved in Gay Straight Alliance, International Student Union, Amnesty International, and the Passport Program (an invitational summer study program).

I got a great rec from my French professor.

My SAT total was 2030 and I got a 750 and a 730 on my SAT subject tests.

I'm really worried about not getting in. What are my chances?
