transferring to Wisconsin...need feedback

I was just hoping for some feedback and I have a kind of strange situation also. I spent my first semester of college at University of Wisconsin-Stout but decided I wanted to leave but because I did not get my transcript sent in time I could not transfer to a different school but I had already withdrawn from Stout, so for my second semester I took 3 classes at a local community college and then I transferred to University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for my third semester and now I am looking to transfer after my 5th semester at UWM (about to start 4th semester). Here are my grades:

-Semester I (UW-Stout, 12 credits total)

Organismal Biology (4 credits) C+
Applied Science Profession (1 credit) D
Fresh English (3 credits) B-
Into to College Math II (4 credits) A
sem I GPA-2.858

-Semester II (Local community college, 11 credits total)

Calculus I (5 credits) A-
Speech (3 credits) A-
Intro to Sociology (3 credits) A-
sem II gpa-3.66

-Semester III (UWM, 15 credits)
Calculus II (4 credits) A-
Physics-Cal treatment (5 credits) B+
Intro to Macroeconomics (3 credits) B+
Intro to Psychology (3 credits) B+
Sem III gpa-3.418

Overall GPA (37 total credits)-3.41
high school GPA-2.1 (yeah I know horribly low)
Intended major- Physics (probably with astronomy emphasis)

My question is do you think I will be able to transfer into University of Wisconsin-Madison? (for semester V)

Thanks!

I know several people who are from UW-M and had 3.3 GPAs. You should be fine.
