transferring...to?

I'm currently attending SUNY Stony Brook. I just finished my first year.
I only have a 3.3 gpa. I do get some scholarships from the school, and im in an honors program and im on the deans list. My course curriculum was pretty hard for a first year- i finished calculus I,II, linear algebra, physics A,C (with lab), Honors chem. I,II (with lab), psychology, and writing.

What is the best i can do?

It is rather hard to say given your GPA could change drastically in the coming semester. A 3.3 is hardly Ivy material, but try getting it up above a 3.5 and balance it with excellent recommendations and solid essays and you have a shot at least. How are your SATs? They are less important for junior transfers, but are nonetheless scrutinized to an extent.

SATs.. 800 math, 650 verbal, 630 writing.

Slightly weak V/W, but you're clearly on the math/science path. Doubtful that they would raise red flags.
