Hi everyone. I'm an upcoming junior at University of Massachusetts Boston. I transferred there from Suffolk University because of financial reasons. I only pay about 1/5 to go here compared to my old school. The thing is I feel the need to transfer again to University of Massachusetts Amherst this time. It has been my dream school since high school but i was wait-listed then and didn't apply to UMB so i chose Suffolk for location. it drained my money and i was financially incapable of going to Amherst yet so i went to UMB to be free from the financial burden. The reason i want to transfer again is because of the better degree and education and it actually has my major. UMB only has it as a concentration and they have only one of the top companies scout there other than that it's small firms compared to the other UMASS which have recruiters from all the top areas. I have the grades and this year I have saved up enough from the jobs I got and planning to take out one loan to go there. I know credits are a pain in the ass but if my graduation date just delayed a year I'd still be happy. So far after my first transfer I'm still on track for graduating on time at UMB without any summer classes.

My question is should I, a quiet not partying type, go to my dream school for my actual major or stay at UMB which I do not enjoy education wise but have many friends here. My friends think I won't like it at Amherst either but I've never gave it a chance yet. Is a better degree worth it? This would be my second transfer and I would apply for spring 2014 which is the second half of my junior year. I just need some advice and what would you do answers.

Thank you!!!
