Transferring w/ 3.65 GPA - What are the odds?

Hi. I’m unhappy with the atmosphere (academically and socially) at my present school. It’s a top 10 LAC. I have a GPA of 3.65. My high school stats are solid: GPA 4.6 (weighted), ACT 35. I am involved on campus, and was involved in high school.

Based primarily on GPA, would I have a decent shot at the following schools?

Middlebury
U Michigan
Swarthmore
Notre Dame
Vanderbilt
Williams
Penn
Johns Hopkins
Amherst
Washington and Lee
Williams and Mary
Duke
Brown
Boston College
Columbia
Northwestern
UVA
Cornell
Georgetown

Were you denied as a freshman applicant at any of the above schools ?

Those schools are all very different fro each other academically and socially. How on earth did you come up with that list?

I was not. I applied early, but have since realized that this may have been a mistake.

This list is somewhat of my way to just gauge potential transfers. The schools above have solid departments in my subjects of interest, but the list isn’t narrowed for fit yet, just gauging.
