Transferring with AA from FL college - Application requiring HS transcripts?

I applied to UCF for their online psychology program on 11/25/19. I have over 60 credits, and an AA from a Florida community college as well as about 16 or so credits from a FL university (FGCU). I provided UCF with transcripts from each school, and my application status says it is waiting on my HS transcripts. I thought as long as you have 60+ credits or an AA, you are not required to provide HS transcripts.

I contacted my HS requesting transcripts be sent and they never bothered, I called them multiple times which was no help and still they haven’t sent my transcripts despite having all of my information. In the mean time, I emailed admissions at ucf and asked if they really are required, as I have an AA from a FL school, and if it’s possible that can be removed from my application because it’s stating they’re required. A few days later I get an email from a student working in admissions who gave a one sentence answer, stating “Since you have an AA from a Florida college you do not need your HS transcripts!” Ok, but it still says required on my application to this day, like 2 weeks later.

I imagine I need to call, but I’m wondering if anyone else had a similar issue?

Hi! I didn’t have this issue however you only need to send your high school transcripts if you took your language classes in high school. If you did the 2 language classes during college then you don’t need to. Hope this helps!
