transferring without official college transcript

Question: Are there any colleges (online or in Washington State) that doesn’t require official transcript when transferring?

I finished the Fall 2018 semester owing my University over $9000. I am 12 credits (4 classes or 2 classes and 2 CLEP exams) away from graduating with my bachelors. Student loans are not an option - I completely F my credit up and have already been denied twice.

I recently moved to WA and the University I attended is about 2000 miles away.

Thanks.

Nope. And… you’d be talking about starting over if you don’t transfer credits. I’d say go to work and pay off your debt, get a transcript and transfer then.

Another question is whether you can find a new university that will grant you a degree with only completing 2 classes or even one semester as a student there. WSU, for example, requires that you complete at least 30 credits there. Might be more cost effective to return to old U for a semester.

Yeah, seriously not going to happen.

That transcript is the one thing that colleges have to get you to pay the money you agreed to pay them.

They gave you the education, now they want the money you owe them.

They know that without the transcript, you have no diploma and you can’t transfer.

Why not take a year off and pay off the debt, then transfer?
