<p>How difficult is it to transfer into penn if i was accepted as a high school senior? I'm currently a freshman at cornell, doing an electrical engineering major w/ about a 3.3 GPA, a few ECs here and there, nothing too spectacular though. I know my GPA is kind of low, but would the fact that I got into Penn as a high-school senior carry some weight?</p>

<p>its not a matter of switching majors, i have a lot of personal stuff going on at home, so I’d like to be much closer to home. would this be a good reason for transferring? and will the fact that i had already gotten in before help me?</p>
