Transferring?

Hello,
I am trying to transfer to a four-year college from a two-year community college. I already applied to Spring of 2009 for Cal. State L.A. and was provisionally accepted. I am still wondering though if I will be officially accepted after I send in my official transcript. I am already worried though because I need to pass all my classes so that I can have my 65 units. Also I was notified that the date to turn in the official transcript was on oct. 31, 2008, but I called and e-mailed to ask about that and they told me to disregard that date, but I am still worried. I am anxious because I dont' think I will be able to send them in until January after my school has released our grades, the semester ends on Dec. 13, but grades arent' available until January. And I am worried this will be too late to have it turned in so that I can get reviewed and go to orientation and register for classes.
I am also wondering about the dates for registering for classes in case they are full or of not making at least the late registration deadlines. I am so bogged! What's worse is I do not know if they will accept me after reviewing my official transcript because of the articulation agreements for my political science major. I only fulfilled one of the three pre-requisites, but at my community college there was only one pre-requisite course to satisfy the one of the three pre-reqs. For the remaining two there were no other equivalent courses and am afraid I won't be accepted because of this. In addition, I am also frantic that if I dont' get in and sign up for another semester of courses at my community college that I will go over the unit limits and edge on being closer to senior standing. I am making sure that I do sign up though for classes at my community college in case the whole thing goes wrong and am applying to other colleges for the next fall of 2009.Help! Any advice for me?

Other information about me:
I applied during Senior year of high school to three Cal States, this included: Los Angeles, Fullerton and Long Beach, the only three schools I applied to and got admitted into all three. I was going through a very hard time Senior year and did not end up going into any of them. Instead, I had to deal with my problems and settled for community college. Any advice from anyone?

Don't stress Cal State L.A. If you got accepted then you're in. The only way they might not accept you, at the time, is if your GPA is below a 2.0. If not, don't even sweat it. If you're thinking Cal States near the Los Angeles area, you might want to apply to Long Beach and see if you get accepted again. If your GPA is pretty good, try UCLA and USC. These schools love local community college students. The UC application is due NOV 30 and USC is due sometime the begining of the year.
