Transfer's Chances Student Class 2010

What would be my chances of transfering from the University of Rhode Island to UCONN this spring semester of 2007. I already sent out my application and am awaiting notification, but any prior opinions would be helpful, and really provide relief from alot of stress. Anyways here are the stats...

High School:
In-state (Graduated in 2006 from Amity Reg. High School)
Rank - school doesn't rank
GPA - UW 3.0/4.0
SAT I - 1720/2400

College (URI):
Since it's midsemester no official grades or gpa yet, but my current transcript reads like this:
GPA: UW 3.67/4.0
Courses:
Animal Science 101 - A
Psychology 113 - A
Intro to Finite Math 107 - A-
English (Short Story) 243 - A
Writing (To Inform/Explain) 104 - B-
URI 101 - P/F - P

I applied to UCONN previously and was accepted, but to the campus at avery point, so I decided to go to URI. Big mistake. I applied to transfer to UCONN because frankly, I hate it here in Kingston, and want to be with all my friends in Storrs, plus you can't beat the in-state tuition. What are my chances of being admitted as a transfer? Is UCONN even transfer friendly, more specifically to in-state students? Will my undecided major affect my acceptance? Any response is appreciated...thanks!

if your official college transcript isn`t available yet, how did you complete your application?

you've misunderstood. what i meant by that was the semester is not yet complete, therefore I have not recieved a URI "report card" so to speak. however I have gone to my guidance counselor and met with each professor to recieve sort of a progress report from each class. she was told me "official" transcripts aren't available simply because they aren't complete, however, what she had me send were the unfinished transcripts with all of my current grades (what i have posted here) along with my high school transcript. but most universities request another transcript once grades are "official" or finalized to review the applicant's acceptance, sort of like a request for a mid-year report from a college that an applicant has already agreed to enroll in to sort of check up on the senior year progress.
