transfers for fall 2006

any around?

i'm attempting transfer fall 06. good luck to all.

yup me too!! where is everyone applying?? Im goin for all the UC's and maybe a few out of state... also maybe a few CSU's

im applying for USC Marshall school of biz. Does anybody know where i can see the articulations or what classes i need to take to transfer there in 1 year? I know its unlikely, but im still going to try

i doubt i'd have a chance at another UC since i'm coming from UCR. but i want to shoot for UCLA & USC (maybe). problem is my GPA is extremely low for which i will have the personal statement to tell. but hey, it's worth a try. you will never know if you get in if you don't give it a try.

I'll be going for a few of the UC's, a couple of LAC's and possibly some out of state schools. Summer classes seem to be going well so far, let's hope it's the same for fall!

UCLA hopeful out of CCC

Still unsure of a lot of things incluiding major. Chem or Bio possibly

UPenn from Cornell. Holla it up ivy leaguers lol :)

what schools will you all be transfering from?

what are you all doing at the moment to reach your transfer-goals?

Hopefully UVA or Emory from University of Delaware...blah, gotta get through this first year. No clue how I'm gonna achieve that, I guess be antisocial and do well first year, or do something amazing?? Anyone have ideas on what looks good on a transfer app other than the obvious extracurriculars/gpa?

i'll be hopefully transfering from hell (baylor) in fall '06, i would be a junior by then...eek i'm getting old.

hey d3ad m3at, what's your gpa?.....im also planning to transfer to USC or UCLA but the problem is that my gpa is too low also......

I am shooting for Brown and UT-Austin. Brown is my top priority. Transferring from Penn State.

im trying to transfer for fall 06 as well. i currently attend umass amherst and im trying to narrow my choices down. so far im definitely applying to bc, rice, tufts, and yale (as a reach, hah)

me

ccc -- applying to UCs

I'm transferring in fall of '06.

The schools on my list are:
Smith College
Swarthmore College
Wellesley
Sarah Lawrence
Mills College
Mt Holyoke
UCLA
UCR
UCSC
UCSB
CSU Fullerton

I currently attend Riverside Community College.

My first choices are UCLA, Smith and CSU Fullerton (if I get a certain scholarship there they will be my new best friend!)

Hey is it better to start over at a junior college and then transfer into a UC if u really started out bad cuz I really want to get into UC berkeley, but im attending Univ of new orleans(and its really crappy) for 4 semesters now and my gpa averages to about only 3.1. Not to mention I'm not atheletically gifted(due to my non-motivating parent); anyways can some1 give me some feedback.
