Does anyone know when Transfer undergraduates will hear about Financial Aid? I'm assuming it's different than First-Year Undergraduates. Thanks in advance!

I’m sorry I don’t know but I just wanted to ask you for your stats if you dont mind.

You already got accepted, right? I’m also applying as a transfer (although international)

Thanks!

Yep I was accepted, and I’m transferring after my first year. So they still looked a lot at my high school grades too. But here goes:

my college GPA (so far): 3.3
High school GPA: 95.4 W, 94 UW
APs: U.S. History, and English Language (My scores for these were awful, but I’m hoping they saw that I “challenged” myself with the courses, so that helped)

Honors Classes:
-Biology
-English 9
-Global History 9
-English 10
-Pre-Calculus

and took an Elementary Statistics class for 3 college credits.

Clubs:
Photography Club 11
Class Officer 12
Ecology Club Officer 12
Yearbook Club 12
Honor Society 12
Varsity Sports all through High School
And I did about 100 hours of Community Service

Hope this helps, and Good Luck! Let me know if you find out any details about Financial Aid, I’ve been checking their website religiously! haha

In general ifnromation it says No award information is available for you at this time. However when I look In award overview it says Cumulative Loan Information as of 08-MAR-2010 on the bottom right of my screen. It doesn’t let me accept it though.

Not really sure if this helps, but I would look in that spot because I did not think to look their after i saw no award information is available… came upon it by chance.

Hey transfers watch out every person I’ve met here that transfered in has lost some credits, two friends lost an entire semester of credits!!
