<p>As a transfer student, I sent my winter and spring grades into UW separate from my application, not because I thought it would better my chances, I sent it in because I thought I was suppose to. I sent it in before I knew I was accepted. If you don’t send them your transcript with your grades and classes for Winter and Spring, how will those credits transfer if you don’t provide it to them? I sent my first transcript with my application, and I filled out a form for my current university asking them once spring semester ended, to send UW another complete transcript. That way in the summer time I wouldn’t have to worry about it. UW got both of them and all my credits for the year transferred.

<p>it asks for new students to send in final transcripts.</p>
<p>P.S. UW received my second transcript before I heard back from them, my GPA actually lowered and I was still accepted.</p>
<p>@Sunny: ya you are right, but I think they said the final transcript is required to summit by the Accepted Students only, I now do not even know if I can get in UW or not =((</p>

<p>i don’t know if final transcripts have to be sent in before or after admission, but it seems like a good idea to send it in as soon as possible as a transfer student so your credits can be transferred as fast as possible and so that you can sign up for classes with prereqs</p>
<p>i think i will have my school send my winter one in next week, they do it electronically so washington colleges so it shouldn’t take long</p>
<p>dinefofinie – you’re welcome yep yep I agree with you send it in, it’s easier to have those credits transferred before you go to your orientation and sign up for courses with your adviser. It’ll make life easier.</p>
<p>p.s. all my credits transferred and my unofficial transcript loaded, but I was still unable to sign up for classes that required pre-requisites (even though I had fulfilled them). It was sort of icky, I had to make phone calls, and e-mails, and eventually I communicated with the department head of the school and she, herself had to sign me up for the class. If you come across this problem, contacted the heard of the department in which the class is in right away, I should have done that instead but I didn’t.</p>
<p>oh wowww all this time i thought it was acceptance letters for the first two weeks of June. The anticipation is killing me…how does the acceptance/rejection waves of letters go anyway? is this good im not rejected yet?? :D</p>
<p>Does anyone know what the minimum number of credits is that you have to register for in summer qtr in order to avoid having the admission revoked? and the minimum amount after that to keep UW enrollment? ( I’ll be attending UW part time since I have to work, that’s why I’m asking) Thanks :)</p>
<p>I knew some ppl got rejected at the beginning of June and in August last Fall, so it may be a piece of good news that we dont receive anything yet. My friend told me UW would tell me in advance if they rejected me.</p>

<p>yeah! my friend got her acceptance letter in August last year!! she majors in engineering with a 3.0 GPA!!! And I know someone got rejected in August last year too…</p>
<p>Whattt? No way! How can they do that? So if I were to get rejected on August 1st I would have two weeks to set up housing and register for classes at WSU? That’s ridiculous! And if I were to get rejected in the middle of august I would just have no where to go?! I better hear back soon because this is getting wayyy too stressful.</p>
