Transfers, where are you applying?

Hey, if it wouldn’t be too much trouble, could you guys post some of your stats if you’ve been accepted anywhere?

I applied to:

Cornell
Vanderbilt
Mount Holyoke
Georgetown
Drexel (accepted)
Stony Brook, Binghamton, Geneseo -accepted to all 3

I’ll wait til I get accepted/rejected to/from some more of the private schools to post some stats.

Applied to:

Brown
Harvard
Cornell

Harvard is a total stab in the dark, but figured I should because I’m legacy. I am planning on studying engineering wherever I go and am pretty confident I will get in, although, you never know.

Cornell (near impossible, but 1st choice)
Brown (impossible)
Northwestern (2nd choice, maybe unrealistic)
Vanderbilt (3rd choice)
Boston College
Holy Cross
Fordham

My stats are in the threads I started…the ECs have changed since i posted them, but everything else is pretty much the same.

getting ulcers thinking about cornell

I am a freshman in the Macaulay Honors Program at Brooklyn College.
College GPA: 3.9
High School GPA: 3.9
SAT 1: 2070

Not sure what other stats you might want but good luck to everyone applying!!!

@ Paula- Congrats on your acceptances! When did you find out about Moho?? and when did you submit your application and mid-term grades??

@sarzilla
I had my whole application into smith by February 26 (except for the mid-term grades, which they emailed me to ask for them by March 11. That was long before my mid-terms but, c’est la vie). Their priority deadline was February 1 but I guess I still got to be looked at with the first pool because got my decision while I was visiting their college on March 31.
As for Mount Holyoke, I sent my application in right at the due date, February 26, just before the March 1 deadline and I heard from them on March 26 with their regular decision freshman :)

That’s great Paula!! I submitted my app around March 7th but they were missing my secondary school report which they EVENTUALLY waived after I tried contacting my hs tons of times and them finally stating that they wouldn’t send it because only send transcripts for transfer students not reports. And I turned my mid-term stuff in the first week of April so I hope I find out soon! I’d love some good news soon!

I’m sure you have a really good chance. If you got accepted into the three most difficult SUNY’s I’m sure you’ll be in great shape.

I’m at a CC so I have to keep it realistic, hence my safety.

Was accepted to: Penn, UCD
