Transfers

Im sure your statis will change and then you would get a letter in the mail.

Yes! I am a high school senior… still anxiously waiting!

anyone got accepted yet?

Still Patiently waiting, The admission office told me on numerous occasions that once we send our final transcript the turn around for the acceptance is at a pretty fast rate. Wish you guys the best of luck, Are guys in the state of Virginia, if not say where you are coming from and what is your intended major??

Okay that’s good to hear. My application is incomplete too until I send in my final grades. My grades right now are 4 A’s and a B so I hope I get in when I send those in!

Kelc10 congrads, keep up the great work 4 A’s 1 b you should be more then fine that is like a 3.75 for the semester plus average it in with your cumulative gpa… What is your major are you from the state of VA.

Thanks! Yes I am instate and I applied for communications. What about you?

Same as well, I am instate, I am planning on majoring in Finance with a minor in economics. Are youyou planning on living on or off campus?

Nice! Off campus. My parents own a condo in fairfax so I would just live there.

Thats sounds pretty cool, Im going to live off campus as well, Im going to get a town house with my brother i find it to be cheaper since you dorms are pretty pricey, and they are only for 8 months of living while the town house can be for 12 months and a little bit more like 3 grand. How is your studying for finals going?

Oh well that works out then! Good good. Btw- does anyone know what gmus minimum gpa requirement is for transfers?

Hello, one of my buddies I was planning on transferring with has a solid gpa, but received a D in the math 151 course he to also has a 3.5 gpa, and did good in his other 4 courses. He asked me today and I didnt have the slightest clue. However I looked at the sight and it did say advised courses, but then again you never know any sugguestions on what i should tell my friend?? any one else have this problem??

HEllo everyone prior i wrote about how my application went from complete, then to incomplete since they were waiting for my spring transcripts… I sent them in less then a week or so ago now it states my application is now complete again… Has anyone heard anything if they got in or not this long process and waiting period is sure nerve wrecking… good luck please respond if you see changes to you your status
thanks
Randy
