Transffering from UC Riverside to another UC or EAST COAST UNI

Hi guys, had a question for my brother.

He has a 3.33 GPA and just transferred to UC Riverside and is not doing well. He changed all his courses to PASS/NON PASS (P/NP) and wanted to transfer out to a different school.

This is his first quarter at UC Riverside and is going to take a leave of absence next quarter and take a break off school (He's an international student).

His major is business administration at SOBA (School of Business Administration).

I was wondering, what are some other uni's that he could possibly get into? Preferred major revolving around business/economics/international relations (possibly USC for IR?)

Before at his CC, he had a 3.67 until he got into a severe car accident and did pretty bad and fell down to 3.33.

Thanks a lot!

as long as he is under the max amount of units the UC’s can accept transfer students with, then he can apply NOW (UC apps end Nov 30) to get in next fall into another UC.

Don’t take courses pass /no pass, and he might go above the max amount of units the UC’s accept. My recommendation? Withdraw from UCR immediately, end all the classes, and apply now to get into another UC next year

^ hi thanks for the replies.

However because he’s an international student he has no choice but to attend full time (only 83 quarter units transferred), otherwise his visa ends and he has to go back
