Translated documents

Hi can someone tell me please how I should to send documents to colleges, and what documents exactly,
for example, I have high school transcripts for 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grades separated for the two semesters each year,
and a transcript for the 10th-12th grades in one document, should the I send each transcript for each grade separately, or the 9th grade and the one who combine the 10th to 12th grade in one transcript, or the translator should make one transcript combining the 9th to 12th grades of high school ?

The same problem is for 6 or 12 months bank statements, should they be in one document or separated ?

Do colleges ask for other documents ?
I’m applying to first year.

can somebody help ?

thanks

i forgot … can my counselor be the translator,
please help it’s urgent

If you cannot afford a professional translator, then your counselor or another school official may translate your transcripts. The transcripts cannot be translated by you/a member of your family.

CONTACT THE COLLEGES INDIVIDUALLY.

Some may say they will accept the transcipts as they are since they have their own translators, or some may ask you to use 3rd party translator
