Is it possible/easy to ride a bike from north campus to central and vice versa? How does that time compare to riding the bus?

It is possible to ride a bike from north to central, though I’ve never done so. The obvious disadvantage is that a biker is slower than a bus. However, waiting for a bus can be a pain, and there could be traffic on the way. I would say that, in the morning, getting from Pierpont to CC Little is about 10-12 minutes by bus. Might be 15 to 20 by bike?

I rode a bike for a month last year to get back to being more active. It’s a lot easier/quicker to ride the bus, so I would suggest only biking if you like doing it. And the estimates are about right timewise

Is bringing a bike even worth it? I live on north campus while all my classes are on central, but will I ever need a bicycle? I know you can put your bike on a rack on the bus, but I’m starting to think bikes aren’t worthwhile, especially if I don’t really like biking.

I think it’s like 4 miles between the 2 campuses, so It’ll probably take 20mins?

2 miles max each way.

yosup no offense but you provide wrong info as if you know what’s up. You haven’t gone here yet(at least i dont think so) so I would suggest stop posting stuff you don’t know about. Its misleading, that is all

Wait until you ride up the hill (Glen) from Huron to Fuller - you’ll wish you were on a bus!
