Trasfer to Colgate, other LAC's?

I have been on this forum the past few months trying to get an idea of what schools I can transfer into as I am unhappy with my currently situation (I attend Northeastern University in Boston). I have been trying to get an idea if I can get into places such as Michigan, Northwestern, Georgetown, etc, but after doing quite a bit of research over the past week or so, I have come to realize that I would really like to go to a LAC. My top choice would be Claremont McKenna which I have previously posted about, but do not know much about other LAC’s around the country. I would like to major in economics and/or government, and was hoping that I could get some advice on where to apply. I did not do too well in high school (3.38 gpa, 1260 sat), but have performed better so far in college earning a 3.75 gpa in my first semester. Does anybody have any recommendations for schools that I should apply to that have strong econ or government programs and that I would have a chance of getting into (I will be applying this spring for Fall 06 admission)? I do not really want to wait until spring of my sophomore year to apply as I am unhappy at Northeastern. The only LAC besides CMC that I have looked at is Colgate. Do I have a chance there? Any other ideas? Thanks.
