Travel Lovers!

Thailand, Japan, Chicago, Detroit, NYC, Dallas, LA, San Fran, Vancouver.

I love traveling, but I’m gonna wait till I graduate college to backpack in Europe :).

You guys have been to the sickest places!! I’d love to grow up in a foreign country.

I’ve been to:
Italy
Switzerland
Austria
Argentina
Uruguay
Chile
England
US (NYC, Washington D.C., Boston, Florida and Vermont)
And I traveled to lots of places in Brazil too, but I live here =)

Favorite City: Cambridge in england
Favorite Country: Chile (its very underrated internationally i believe. Its an AMAZING country).
Favorite place in the US: NYC!!! Ive been there about 5 times and each time I love it more.

I dream about going to many many places (and like most people here I want so badly to go backpacking in europe!!), but the one place I dream the most about going since I was like 8 is Istanbul. Its one of my biggest dreams

^I can’t even compare to that lol

I love Utah, it is so pretty and relaxing there!!! I live in Chicago and there are no stars, in Utah they are everywhere, it is so pretty. San Antonio was pretty cool, if you like culture. San Diego was nice. Orlando is cool too. I wanna go to Spain and Finland when I’m older.

Asia: China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Brunei
Europe: England, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy
Americas: U.S., Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Antigua, Belize
Oceania: Australia

Havn’t visited Africa or South America.

I don’t know why, Australia just has never been on my must-see list. I’d love to see it, there are just some places I’d love to see more, ya know?

I’ve got a thing for Australian accents.

^tis true. I’ve got a thing for accents, period :)

^^^ I feel the same about australia.

And there’s nothing better than an irish accent =D

British accents for me ;)

All of you need to hear a hot Kiwi accent, we beat them Aussies ;)

I’ve been to:
Guam. South Korea. Japan. Australia.
And I live in New Zealand.

I intend to become fluent in Spainish and go to Europe and South America.
Also, I plan on going to America, for college and otherwise.

New Zealand! That’s mad cool!

Places I’ve traveled too:

  • Major Cities in all east coast states minus Maine (Sorry CPA) + Rhode Island + SC (But went to Myrtle Beach and hated it)
  • Bloomington, Indiana
  • Detroit, Michigan
  • Cleveland, Ohio
  • San Francisco and NAPA in Cali.
  • Toronto, Niagara Falls (Basically, Ontario, Canada, shocked @ its ruralness)
  • London
  • Prague
Would like to go to: Japan/China/Spain/Netherlands/Denmark/Sweden/Italy

I want to go to Boston, really badly…and San Francisco and Palo Alto. And New York again.

^Boston is my favorite urban city in the US.

I’ve been to Canada, the US, China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the UK, which is apparently 5.77% of all the countries in the world. Haha. I don’t really have a favorite country, but my top cities are New York, Dublin, Amsterdam and Paris.

Within the US, I’ve been to California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, D.C., and driven through Delaware and Maryland. (You can kind of tell I went on an East Coast college tour.)

I’d love to go back to Australia - haven’t been since I was, like, 6. I also want to go to New Zealand, and somewhere in Africa and South America (especially South America!) just so I can say I’ve been to all 6 inhabited continents. I mean, I’d love to go to Antarctica too, but…how realistic is that? q: I want to do a tour across Europe that includes Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Belgium and France. I want to go to Spain and Portugal too. And the Scandinavian countries. Hell, I just want to go everywhere! (Strangely, Italy is not that high on my travel list.)

WOWW you guys are well travelled!! What do your parents do?? LOL. Where i come from, people have been at most 2-3 places, many have never travelled at all! it’s a huge privilege to be able to travel and experience new places.

Just curious, why do Americans dig Australia and New Zealand apart from the accent? i’m a NZ citizen and have lived in Australia for the past 4 years and i have to say these two places are actually very boring in all honesty. I cannot wait to experience the US and Europe! No offence, really. The people are good, but Europe and US and Asia is just so much more exciting culturally, historically, and architecturally, just everything!

Let’s see…

I’ve been to South Carolina and Massachusetts and the east coast a lot…
I’ve went to Germany and Austria a few years ago for around 2 weeks, both were awesome…
And I went to Italy recently for about a week. That was fun too, though personally I prefer Germany.
I went to Chicago this summer too, (U of C visit), which was mind-blowing.
Oh, and Arizona, though that was probably my least favorite. I prefer cities to deserts.

My favorite cities are probably Amalfi in Italy (though that’s more a town), Chicago, DC, and Charleston. Least favorite has to be Phoenix.

China has always seemed cool, and so has Greece. I would like to go to Rome too, I did’nt go there before.

Hmm… I’ve never been to US before.

Asia: China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, all of which I have traveled several times.
Europe: France, Italy, The Vatican, Switzerland.
Oceania: Australia (prolonged stays, usually in Melbourne).

I love Bali, Thailand, and Europe.

My prime goal is to earn enough money to fulfill my backpacking desire across Europe. :D

My dream is for Barnard to be like “oh, hey, here’s a full ride” and then I can use my college fund for a gap year :)

So realistic.
