<p>Hi there! How hard is it to get into Trinity College Dublin? I'm an American with Irish dual-citizenship. </p>
<p>Here are my stats, but I'm also just wondering in general and in comparison to US schools:</p>
<p>ACT- 30
1 AP with a score of 3
Valedictorian of high school class
From northeastern US
3.7 GPA
Very active in clubs/sports (club founder/president, etc.)
Plan to study history/architecture/art</p>
<p>I am taking a gap year, although I did apply to colleges this past year, most of which were liberal arts schools in the northeast. I got in to some, didn't get in to others.</p>

<p>I’m a recent high school graduate as of this past June from Ohio and am also taking a gap year. I applied to several schools a year ago along with my classmates and got into some (ended up committing to Virginia Tech), but now am considering withdrawing my enrollment at Tech and going abroad for school. So really, it sounds like were in similar situations. </p>
<p>Do you have any idea what the logistics are of applying and attending a university abroad? Like when do you apply? whats involved? When Do you hear back? etc. </p>
<p>Also, on an unrelated note, what are your plans for the year? Im just working at home now through like January and then Im taking off to travel.</p>
