Trinity University (TX)

Anyone has any idea about this school?

It is ranked the 1st among universities in the West (offering Masters degrees).

Its Engineering Science Program is ranked 32nd among the best engineering programs at schools whose highest degree is a bachelor's or master's.

It's a fantastic school - the B school is very popular regionally, San Antonio is awesome, and they have a good engineering school I guess! They also give alot of merit aid. Lots of rich white kids.

I will second Kcirsch. Trinity is a wonderful school, that is rapidly attracting a more geographically diverse student body. Several students have gone to Trinity from my daughter's southern California high school in the past few years (including the son of our head guidance counselor) and all have had great things to say about their experiences there. Not only are they good with merit money, they are less expensive to begin with, so it is a good educational value.

I think it's a fabulous place--it should be better known all over than it is. That's the case with too many schools, frankly. But anyone who knows it, knows it's impressive.

And I love San Antonio.

I drive by Trinity everyday!

Thanks for your points. No comment could be more helpful!
