I am wondering if anyone can share pictures/videos of the triple plaza room floor plan with private bath. I particular want to know the location of dressers, closets, and desks. Is there actually space for a firdge?

Thanks for pointing it out. I did not know that.
So, I see the photos of de neve plaza 2013 on facebook, it feels like the roomates who sleep on the top bunk do not have dresser??? or is the dresser in closet? I am unsure if it is just not in the pictures.

There are three dressers in the room. Two of these are the full size dressers which i believe you are referring to. The other is a flat dresser underneath the bottom bunk. It has two drawers. I think most of the time the two top bunkers get the two bigger drawers and the person on the bottom bunk gets the drawer underneath the bed. At least that’s how my roommates and I did it last year. Sometimes people put their dressers in the closet too, so that may be why you don’t see any

Do you think it would be fine to put a mini fridge on the top of a dresser? I don’t get much idea if there is a space for mini fridge with a cart in a triple room in de neve plaza.

Yeah I’ve seen people put their fridges on top of the dressers. I had the bottom bunk last year, so I just moved my roommates dresser like 2 or 3 inches and my fridge fit perfectly in between the dresser and my bed, so there is definitely enough space to fit a fridge in there. Once you walk in the room I’m sure you’ll have found a perfect space for you fridge trust me, it’s nothing to worry about

A triple on campus is a compete rip off. You can get your own room in an apartment with roommates off campus for about half the price.

Everything on the hill is a complete rip off lol

There are so many hidden fees in the apartments though (security deposits, hidden building fees? (Please don’t live at Kelton plaza, Midvale, or Atrium court),etc) Its nice to have bathrooms you don’t have to clean or great food with a swipe. They even take about 2K off financial aid (since living expenses are cheaper).

Don’t get me wrong, living in the apartments is definitely cheaper, but unless you are living south of wilshire, they aren’t THAT much cheaper. I guess the dorms is more about paying for convenience.

How do we know who will sleep on the top bunk or on the bottom?

^ You talk to your roommates about that.
