Trouble choosing major (International Studies or Economics)

I just posted this in the wrong category. Forgive me for I am unfamiliar with the CC forum
Hello,

I am a transfer student enrolling into the Ohio State University for Fall 2020 semester. I am graduating Cuyahoga Community College with an Associate of Applied Business (AAB) in IT - Programming & Development (Computer Science) and I was stuck between choosing my major at Ohio State.

I was accepted into the College of Arts and Sciences and my goal is to receive my bachelors degree but I am stuck between International Studies with a specialization in ‘World Economy & Business’ and ‘Economics (B.A)’.

The reason why I chose these majors is because I was planning to move abroad after a graduate and work in a different country. I was planning to minor in a foreign language as well.

Something else I would like to point out there are three version of economics here. Two in the College of Arts and Sciences (B.A and B.S) and the one in the Business School (B.S) which I am sure is the one that is in “most depth”. I am looking for a flexible program where I can explore my interest however.

Lastly I would like to point out that on the web page for the International Studies major program it said that the major should be ‘combined with a strong program’, this is why I got my IT associates.

Thank you for reading my message and please give me good, in depth information.
