Trouble getting through the housing application

<p>We are trying to make the housing deposit for IU and can't seem to be able to choose our neighborhood. After we make the selection and click next, the screen goes blank. Of course this always happens on a Friday night! Anybody else experiencing this or words of wisdom?</p>

<p>On Twitter, RPS suggests using Firefox when completing the housing application. Maybe that will help? Otherwise, it looks like your options for getting help are:</p>
