Trouble Logging Onto the Common App

<p>I have been having trouble accessing the CommonApp.org website. It says that I need system requirements. When I click onto that link, the site stops and nothing happens. I would just like to see a hard copy of the new CA4 application. Is there another site where I can access that?</p>
