Trouble Submitting

<p>I've tried to submit Part 1 of my app, but it won't go through. I click on the proceed to payment option and do all that stuff, and then after I click "submit payment," it says an error occurred because Part 1 wasn't submitted. But I don't see a link to submit part 1. All I see is the one about submitting the payment. Am I missing something?</p>

<p>Never mind, I figured it out. The credit card was giving my problems. I used a different one, and it went through.</p>
