Trouble viewing information through onestop

After click on several quick links(holds, student account, and six other links) on the right side on the onestop page and log in,
the system only tells me that it is not able to access my student record or account.</p>

<p>Is it normal for incoming freshman before attending the orientation?</p>

<p>tonyCC: I don’t think this is normal. You may want to contact someone at the office for new students (I don’t know its actual name). I could access that before I went to orientation. I don’t know if I responded to this in time.</p>

<p>Sez: It might be because you haven’t been to orientation yet. I had one, too. It went away after a while. If it doesn’t go away after orientation, you should contact someone.</p>

<p>Sorry that I am not of more help than just saying, “contact someone.” I just thought I would let you know whether or not I had a similar problem and how I dealt with it.</p>
