Trouble Viewing Scores

i am also having this problem; what should i do??

I want to kill collegeboard my score can’t be verified

i talked to trevor on twitter and he said to call them but their call thing is full =(

i finally got to call and they had to merge my accounts which takes like 5 - 7 business days they said but the guy was nice and gave me my scores over the phone

my scores are listed as unavailable, even though i never even entered an ap number. i deleted my history and cookies. the only thing i can think of is that i updated my email that i use on college board which is not the same one used on my ap. i tried calling. but first it was busy. then it was still busy. then they left an answering machine saying these amount of computer problems were “unexpected” and to call at another time. i took three aps so not all of them could be delayed. other people at my school got their scores. i shouldn’t have to wait another 5-7 business days. well i don’t even mind that much if i knew for sure it was going to be resolved, but i know its going to take forever. this only lengthens my anxiety about my grades. they didn’t even bother putting anything useful on the website. i just keep going in circles. so frustrated. i actually stayed up late into the morning hoping ti would work when all scores became available, because it hadn’t been working on my early access day.

APScores Tip: In addition to AP# the other info you entered on your profile needs to match what you put on your answer sheet (name, email).

so i changed my email and still no luck. :(

Its so good knowing that im not the one with the “scores not available” crap. I’ve been trying to get my scores for the last 2 days and I can’t it keeps saying not available. I have only one account, my info matches the ones on the answer sheet, and It’s my first time taking the AP so this is my very first problem with the account. Will calling help? Can they give the score to me on the phone?:(

Yes, they will give scores over the phone if you can verify the information on your AP record.

Can anyone who called the CB post the number they called please?

888-225-5427, i’m still on hold

thank god. i called and they gave me my scores, they just have to put my accounts together. one had a home number, one had a cell. i got my scores. this guy named matt was super helpful

Kay, so I have my AP number card and the AP student pack with all the rest of my AP number labels. I logged in to my college board account, entered my AP number and year. and clicked continue. Then it says

“Sorry, we’re unable to locate this AP number. Please contact customer service for help at <a href="mailto:APStudents@info.collegeboard.org”>APStudents@info.collegeboard.org, 888-225-5427, or 212-632-1780."

Thanks for the number! Yeah all people say they were on hold for too long but honestly I waited 4 days in addition to the past 2 months so I won’t mind being on hold even for hours if they really do help me

It would be really funny and sad at the same time if after all this waiting and delay it turns out I failed them  
