Since Monday, the https://my.wisc.edu/web/ website has been down for my son.
The message says “An error has occured during loading, please try refreshing the page. If the issue persists please contact the helpdesk”
Is anybody else seeing this problem?

The website is working fine for me, I would continue to try and go to MyUW through the main website. Hope that works!

Your son can try calling, emailing, or live chatting with DoIT to get the problem resolved.
Try accessing through another browser, and start at the main website.
He called and once he cleared his cookies and cache it started working again.
